Respecting the privacy of our customers’ personal data is very important to Tawaf. The purpose of this section is to inform you about how data are collected, used, transferred, disclosed and stored when you access the Tawaf website (hereinafter the “Site”) using any type of computerized or electronic platform. This Privacy Policy is also applicable to personal information that you provide to us when you communicate by telephone with Tawaf or in connection with your participation in an event (private sale, collectors’ dinner or any other event in relation with Tawaf).

Any dispute arising from or relating to the content or use of this Site, including as to its existence, validity, interpretation or performance, is governed only by Swiss law. The courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate such disputes.
