Warranty

We warrant your timepiece against any defect in manufacturing and materials for a period of five years as from the date of purchase according to these General Terms and Conditions of Application of the Warranty.
Your Tawaf watch was designed according to the strict quality standards of fine watchmaking and with all the expertise of our highly qualified watchmaker.
The purchase of each box containing three Tawaf watches (one rose gold watch, one platinum watch and one steel watch) comes with the issuance of three “certificates of origin,” i.e. one certificate per watch (hereinafter also referred to as the “product”). Each certificate contains the serial number of the watch, the full contact details of the purchaser, the contact details of the official Tawaf reseller, its official stamp, and the date of purchase.
The warranty is valid and may be applied by the purchaser toward Tawaf’s customer service only upon presentation of your Tawaf product with its certificate of origin dated, signed and stamped by the authorized Tawaf reseller that sold the particular product. Moreover, the warranty is valid only for a period of five years as from the date of purchase mentioned on the certificate of origin.
The warranty will be considered invalid and will be refused if the certificate of origin is incomplete or has been modified or altered in any way.
The warranty covers any defect in workmanship and any defect in materials.

This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and aging (for example, scratches on the face and crystal, change in color and/or material of the bands, etc.)
- Damage to any part of the watch resulting from abuse/misuse, lack of care, negligence, accidents (bumps, dents, broken glass, etc.), misuse of the watch, and failure to follow the instructions provided by Tawaf (e.g. conditions relating to water resistance)
- A Tawaf watch handled by any unauthorized person (e.g. for service or repair) or tampering with the original condition of the watch beyond Tawaf’s control
- A Tawaf watch that has been adjusted, transformed or “customized” by anyone other than the Tawaf watchmaker
- The leather band of the Tawaf watch.
Any service or repair made in accordance with the terms of this warranty does not extend the duration or conditions of the warranty.
